Pediatric Nurse PRNPartTime

Balanced Care, LLC is seeking compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurses to join our growing team in the Greenville, SC area. We provide high-quality, enhanced nursing services to pediatric clients with complex medical needs. • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients requiring enhanced services
• Deliver skilled care for clients with complex needs, which may include:
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• GJ tube care
• Subcutaneous (SubQ) pump management
• Monitor patient status, document accurately, and communicate effectively with families and the care team
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the client

• Varying shifts available:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday–Saturday: 10–12 hour shifts
• We offer flexibility for PRN and part-time availability.

• Active South Carolina Nursing License (RN or LPN required)
• Pediatric experience preferred, especially with trach/vent clients
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
