Registered Nurse; Institutional

Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an institutional inpatient setting in South Carolina
. This role involves providing direct patient care, education, and care coordination for high-risk, high-acuity patients. The RN may also serve as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, or Case Manager to ensure the highest level of patient care and support. The compensation package includes a pay rate of $26-$48

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting.
• Develop and evaluate patient care plans; educate patients and their families.
• Coordinate healthcare services and collaborate with medical teams.
• Supervise paraprofessional staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and agency policies.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure:
  Active RN license issued by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a Compact License.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) required for some positions;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for certain roles.
