- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting.
- Develop and evaluate patient care plans; educate patients and their families.
- Coordinate healthcare services and collaborate with medical teams.
- Supervise paraprofessional staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols and agency policies.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Licensure:
Active RN license issued by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a Compact License. - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required for some positions;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for certain roles.
