What You’ll DoAs a Clinical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of one of our outpatient Orthopaedic clinics working in close partnership with physicians and surgeons. You will supervise a team of midlevel providers to coordinate with physicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, accurate documentation, and quality patient outcomes.
As Clinical Director, your role involves overseeing the workflow among the midlevel provider team, guaranteeing efficient coordination with physicians and making sure that all necessary documentation and clinical notes are completed in a timely manner. While the physician is ultimately responsible for directing patient care and making key medical decisions, you will ensure that every step of the care process is properly executed by the midlevel staff.
This includes monitoring adherence to protocols, supporting patient flow throughout the facility, and maintaining consistent communication so that physicians can focus on leading patient management while the midlevel team efficiently carries out their assigned duties.

- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of South Carolina.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in orthopaedics, sports medicine, or related field.
- Leadership experience strongly preferred either formal or informal (team lead, site supervisor, mentor).
- Strong clinical skills and diagnostic judgment.
- Proficient with EHR systems (Next Gen preferred) and emerging technologies such as ambient AI.
- Proven ability to lead care teams, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Ability to lift and position patients and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Prolonged standing, bending, and fine motor activity.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens and surgical chemicals in accordance with OSHA Standards.
