LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Proficient in patient assessment techniques
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
• Familiarity with ophthalmology procedures and equipment
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Experience administering Botox injections (preferred)
• Competency in venipuncture and specimen collection processing
• Understanding of senior care principles and practices
• Ability to administer inhaled medications

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
