Vivacity Tech is looking for a Marketing Manager to strategize, plan, execute, and measure Vivacity's sales & marketing efforts under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing. The ideal candidate is well versed in supporting a variety of initiatives including trade shows, sales enablement, lead gen campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with internal & external partners on the creative development of marketing materials to consistently communicate our unique value proposition and accelerate demand & lead pipeline.
This position is in Greenville, SC (it is NOT remote).

- Plan and execute territory-specific ABM campaigns to grow existing customer base and attract new prospects.
- Develops and implements national & regional trade show experiences and communication strategies.
- Equip and arm the sales team with effective sales tools to help nurture and increase conversions.
- Collaborate closely with OEM Partners to leverage Market Development Funds to drive growth.
- Create always-on demand through email, paid media, & other channels to generate MQLs for sales reps.
- Manage Marketing and Design projects, working closely with other departments and external resources to complete tasks within the given timeline including contractors, agencies, any other parties assigned.
- Support sales & marketing analytics dashboard development and observations of campaign performance and return on marketing investments.
- Write and edit marketing literature such as brochures, flyers, etc., to augment Vivacity’s presence in the market.
- Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects.
- Collaborate, develop, evaluate, and coordinate promotional activities at trade shows.
- Support and manage the Trade Show team in regards to planning, logistics, process development and evaluation of trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot, assist and train others.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new and updated software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Hands-on experience in using content management platforms like Word Press, Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience working on social media marketing.
- Exhibits knowledge of company identity, mission, and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of thinking creatively and analytically.
- Willingness to take challenges head-on and the courage to step up when others are reluctant to.
- Ability to come up with a unique and timely analysis of the feedback data received from customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven hands-on experience with content management platforms (e.g., Word Press, Hootsuite).
- Demonstrated experience in social media marketing strategies and execution.
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Less than 10% travel
