2nd Shift | Direct Hire Opportunity
HTI is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium replacement parts in the automotive industry. This is a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift (5:30 PM - 4:00 AM), Monday through Thursday.
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour
Schedule: 4-day workweek

- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery requiring electrical and mechanical expertise
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Install, repair, and replace electrical wiring and pneumatic/hydraulic lines
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Diagnose electronic hardware issues
- Read, understand, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen Bradley)
- Perform lockout/tagout procedures to neutralize machine energy
- Move equipment using rigging gear
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety requirements
- Perform emergency response duties, including:
- Chemical spill response
- Fire and medical response
- Hazardous waste control
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree in a related field preferred
