- Perform various duties to maintain and service production machines.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
- Work with equipment representatives to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on mechanical, electrical, and sensory equipment.
- Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure the highest quality and safety standards possible.
- Perform maintenance using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment to perform duties.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by plant management.
- On occasion lift more than 50 lbs.
