Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while maintaining productivity metrics. This role involves monitoring employee performance, conducting annual performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Daily Operations Oversight

• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Employee Performance Monitoring

• Address safety infractions promptly and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping entries in Kronos for all team members.

Safety & Compliance

• High school diploma, along with at least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field and five years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in data manipulation using M.S. Office applications are also essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Extended periods of sitting at a workstation.
• Speaking in person and over the telephone or Teams online and the ability to hear, comprehend, and document detailed information from others.
• Ability to type, reach and grasp.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
