Overview
Responsibilities
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for managing more than one functional area within the production operations environment. This will include:
- Overseeing and leading operations in areas such as machining, assembly, and tool and die.
- Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training processes for subordinate employees.
- Managing performance assessments, work assignments, salary, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules while adapting to changing requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing teams.
- Developing and mentoring teams through COA techniques to strengthen overall performance.

Desired Skills- 5 + years of leadership experience in an aircraft manufacturing operations environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work across Functions/Lines of Business.
- F-16 Manufacturing structures manufacturing experience.
- Strong team building skills leading hourly collective bargaining units.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain engaged and productive working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization, support organizations, customers, and governmental oversight organizations.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to effectively communicate the need for change and motivate teams.
