Metal Fabricator Helper

Summary:

Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is a specialty manpower resource provider to contractors, industrial facilities, and power generation plants. Our customer is a first-class specialty fabrication facility located in Piedmont, SC with immediate opening for shop helpers / driver.
These opportunities are for temp to hire positions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and produce to customers specifications while using job work orders and blueprints.
Operate power tools such as grinders and drill press
Proficient in assigned welding techniques
Ability to read calipers and tape measures
Working knowledge of the metric system
Knowledge of welding symbols
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Safety and housekeeping
Other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in welding (required)
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing (preferred)
