Quality Technician

• Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for quality?
• If so, a well-established metals/heat treatment manufacturer in the Aerospace/Power Generation Industry is looking to add a Quality Technician to their growing staff.
• This will be a 2nd shift role with hours being 2pm-10pm (Mon-Friday)

What your future day will look like:

• Perform in-process and final product inspections of company products
• Conduct internal testing for materials release including using of hand held tools (borescope, gauges & hardness tester)
• Participate in plant activities in maintaining quality standards that meet AS9100 and/or Nadcap standards
• Maintain proper quality documentation and records in company's ERP system
• Assist in writing/proof reading internal work instructions & procedures
• Adhere to all safety/company procedures

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Associates Degree in a technically related
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong familiarity with production quality
• Experience with AS9100 standards will be a huge plus!
• Understanding of heat treat manufacturing processes will be a plus
