Composites Paint & Finish Technicians are responsible for reporting their progress to a Composites Supervisor. All Technicians, including the Composites Paint & Finish Technician, must be able to stand on their feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs on occasion.

A high school diploma is a minimal educational requirement, and prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly beneficial. Industrial certifications are greatly respected.
