* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* Supervise and mentor a team of skilled employees to ensure efficient production and completion of the F 16V Block 70, focusing on quality, safety, and schedule adherence

 Enforce strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production standards, while maintaining high levels of product quality and operational excellence

 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of completed aircraft

 Build strong working relationships with internal teams, the Defense Contract Management Agency  DCMA , and the System Program Office to ensure production milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded

 Manage resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring effective production flow and resolution of any logistical challenges

 Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary, while recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul  MMRO  Operations

Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues

Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

Experience interacting with internal/external customers

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

* Ability to multi task, organize and prioritize assignments  Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience  A/C production experience  Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance  Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics  Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
