Project Manager - Business Transformation

About the Role:

We're looking for a Project Manager who loves transforming the way work gets done. In this role, you'll lead process redesign efforts from end to end - partnering with key stakeholders to uncover improvement opportunities, mapping out smarter workflows, and guiding teams through meaningful change. You'll build and drive project plans, remove roadblocks, keep teams aligned, and ensure everyone understands upstream and downstream impacts.

What You'll Do:

* Identify process alignment and redesign opportunities and stakeholders needed to solve and implement (30%)

* Facilitate value and process mapping sessions to define solutions with teams (40%)

* Work to identify business outcomes and tracking of metrics of success (10%)

* Ensure activities are on track and team members are completing their tasks while identifying risks (10%)

* Collaborate with managers and executives about status of process improvement projects (10%)

Experience:

* 2+ years of project management experience

Education &

Certifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with Agile Coach or Consultant Field of Study preferred.

* Some College with Agile Coach or Consultant field of study required.

* PMP preferred, but not required

Working Conditions:

* Professional, office environment.

* Some travel required.
