Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

What your future day will look like:
- Lead Risk & Safety Programs: Develop and manage company-wide risk policies, insurance coverage, and safety compliance—including OSHA coordination.
- Manage Claims & Compliance: Oversee liability, property, and workers’ comp claims, ensuring fair resolutions and strong regulatory relationships.
- Control Budgets & Reporting: Handle financial planning for the Risk Fund, approve spending, and deliver clear reports to leadership.
- Champion Accessibility: Ensure ADA compliance across all sites and programs, working with teams and community partners to resolve issues.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience deeply immersed in risk management (environmental safety and facility management) with insurance claims.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
