About the Role

Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to balance leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.

As a client services manager you assume greater responsibilities and act as the community’s proxy in the absence of the Property Manager.

We look for proactive, organized professionals who are team players and passionate about exceeding expectations.

Qualifications
  • Hold or be working to attain Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Property Manager designation.
  • High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • At least one year practical experience as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
