Lead safety for Advanced Manufacturing projects in Spartanburg, SC, ensuring zero injury and regulatory compliance.

• Lead HSE excellence as an EPCM project partner, working with the HSE Director, HSE Manager, Project Manager and Construction Manager.
• Own incident notification, investigation, reporting, injury management and return‑to‑work processes.
• Review subcontractor hazard assessments, deliverables and participate in operational readiness reviews.
• Provide interpretation, training, technical review and regulatory guidance to client and stakeholders.
• Support Beyond Zero performance, aligning with the Line of Business vision and strategic plans.
• Maintain open communication with the HSE Director and HSE team members, driving continuous improvement.

• HSE certification and/or associate degree in safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Construction Health and Safety management.
• At least 4 years managing subcontractors in health and safety on construction projects.
• Experience conducting safety training and managing safety programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, personnel management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
