The Maintenance Technician (Maintenance) / Maintenance Assistant has the responsibility to provide efficient, safe and effective maintenance duties, maintaining a friendly customer service oriented approach when interacting with customers, vendors and co-workers, while adhering to all policies and procedures.

• Punctual and regular attendance as scheduled among all days, shifts and hours of operations.
• Follows all schedules and personnel scheduling policies/procedures.
• Helps maintain proper location appearance and image while on duty.
• Responsible for all general maintenance/repair needs as assigned.
• Responsible for assisting Senior Maintenance Technicians and staff as assigned.
• Provides customer service as required by the Spinx Company, during any brief customer interactions.
• Communicates complaints, operational and safety issues, employee and guest accidents to management in a timely manner.
• Follows all safety guidelines for all equipment and usage thereof.
• Exhibits good hygiene and hand washing practices.
• Responsible for adherence to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
