Who We’re Looking For As a Service Technician at TPM, you play a critical role in delivering a positive customer experience. You are responsible for keeping customer equipment operating at peak performance and resolving issues with care, urgency, and professionalism. You bring a problem-solving mindset, take pride in your work, and build trust through reliable service and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain multi-functional devices.
- Verify equipment functionality by completing test operations and adjustments.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Document service actions accurately.
- Comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Take ownership of service requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and A+ certification or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Higher consideration given to candidates with OEM certification.
- Experience with communicating with customers both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of fundamental network infrastructure preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform activities such as walking, kneeling, standing, and stooping.
- IT knowledge and above average computer skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
