We are currently seekingൂള hospitality‑minded painter.
Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated blood to providing outstanding care to our residents.
The Painter is responsible for coordinating the painting through cooperation and service to other departments to provide prompt, efficient and high‑quality results from the maintenance department.
EssentialJob Duties
- Responds to work order requests in a timely manner.
- Performs the proper repairs needed.
- ýsingprets all proper steps must be performed before painting all projects.
- Performs periodic inspections of all common areas, paying special attention to cosmetic appearance.
