Responsibilities- Legal document preparation
- Legal research and writing
- Strategy development
- Interviewing clients and witnesses
- Juris Doctor degree
- Strong drafting skills
- Advocacy for clients
- Experience with claims resolution
- Ability to develop and implement legal strategies
- Experience in negotiation
- Investigation skills
- Experience with event documentation and reporting
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $169,300 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
