Corporate Paralegal

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support an attorney in managing LLC formations, compliance, and corporate entity maintenance. This is a full-time, onsite position with a small, busy legal team. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. This role is 100% onsite.

• Support the legal team with corporate-focused tasks, primarily related to forming and maintaining LLCs and other business entities
• Track compliance, handle renewals, and ensure good standing status across jurisdictions
• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Assist with real estate transactions

• Experience as a corporate paralegal, legal assistant, or legal secretary
• Knowledge of or experience with LLC formations, maintenance, and compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling a high volume of work and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work onsite, full-time

• Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
