What You’ll Do:

• Handle intake calls, interview potential clients, and manage case files
• Assist attorneys with all stages of medical malpractice litigation
• Draft and respond to discovery: interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit
• Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, trial docs, and subpoenas
• Gather and organize medical records from healthcare facilities
• Ensure compliance with state and federal e-filing procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice
• Paralegal certification or degree
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and malpractice law
• Experience in drafting discovery and trial documents
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
