Job TitleDefense Litigation Paralegal
Job DescriptionAn established law firm in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience. You'll be working in a beautiful office centrally located in Downtown Greenville with hybrid flexibility following the onboarding period.
Responsibilities- Support 2-3 attorneys
- Draft reports, correspondence, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Maintain billable hour requirements
- Conduct legal, factual, and records research under attorney direction
- Organize, analyze, and validate case information and documentation
- Manage case files, including indexing and Bates labeling
- Assist attorneys with hearing preparation
- Coordinate with witnesses, experts, clients, and opposing counsel as directed
- 3+ years of paralegal experience working for a professional law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
