Job Description

A highly respected law firm founded in 2000 is seeking an 8+ year attorney to join its construction and business litigation practice, with a clear path for continued growth and long-term advancement. The firm represents clients across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia and has built a strong reputation for handling sophisticated construction and business disputes.

With multiple attorneys across two offices, this firm offers the infrastructure, support, and client base for a senior attorney who wants to take a leadership role, deepen client relationships, and grow within a stable, collaborative environment.

The Role

• Lead and manage complex construction and business litigation matters
• Take full responsibility for cases from intake through resolution
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and help expand client relationships
• Mentor and work alongside junior attorneys
• Contribute to practice growth and long-term firm strategy

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of litigation experience, ideally in construction and/or business litigation
• Proven ability to independently run cases and manage litigation strategy
• Strong client-facing skills and business judgment
• Interest in long-term growth, leadership, and potential future partnership
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in South Carolina

Location

• Greenville or Columbia, SC
