Role Overview

The Paid Media Specialist supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns while continuing to build strategic thinking skills. This role manages campaigns more directly than the Senior Strategist and works on accounts that are more execution-focused or lower-touch in nature.

This role collaborates closely with Senior Strategists to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader strategy while maintaining strong day-to-day performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across assigned platforms
  • Execute campaign updates, creative swaps, audience changes, and budget adjustments
  • Monitor performance regularly and flag trends, issues, or opportunities
  • Support the development and evolution of media strategies in collaboration with Senior Strategists
  • Compile performance data and contribute to client reporting and insights
  • Maintain accurate budgets, pacing, and documentation
  • Stay current on platform updates and best practices
  • Day-to-day campaign ownership for assigned accounts
  • Growing strategic understanding and decision-making ability
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Willingness to collaborate and escalate when strategic guidance is needed
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of paid media experience
  • Working knowledge of multiple paid media platforms
  • Comfort working with performance data and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
