• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities on the telecom technology domain and possess strong business acumen.
• Lead and deliver telecom B/OSS, MVNO stack and Network (e.g., 5G, HFC) strategy, modernization, and execution projects or work streams.
• Engage in techno‑functional analysis, data analysis, solution and technology strategy design, and end‑to‑end implementation management.
• Contribute to solution development across Autonomous Networks, B/OSS Transformation, MVNO launch, CAMARA APIs, and other areas.
• Business development: develop long‑term trusted advisor relationships with clients, support proposals, and thought leadership in telco B/OSS and networks.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Act as Solution Architect for CAMARA APIs, Autonomous Networks for 5G and/or HFC.
• Good knowledge & exposure on Network Core, Access and Transport stacks along with TMForum ODA, API Frameworks, MVNO stacks.
• Insights on leading players in the above domains to help strategize and form industry alliances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Science or related technology field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in telecom B/OSS and network infrastructure, network data management.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering telecom technology evolution projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing a telecom technology strategy project or workstream and leading project‑based teams.
• Deep technical and business knowledge of Autonomous Networks, 5G, HFC, CAMARA, ODA.
• Comfort researching client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• TMForum certification(s).
• Deep understanding of network data space.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.

• Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 – $235,300. For NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) it is $154,000 – $267,400.
