The Business Intelligence team is a high-impact group of business operations professionals who love data and technology. We standardize and digitize processes, automate reporting, and convert data into clear, actionable insights—grounded in FLIGHT DECK fundamentals—to eliminate inefficiencies and enable faster, smarter decisions that improve business outcomes.

The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager analyzes and integrates large datasets into enterprise applications spanning multiple functions. You will build, enhance, and maintain data models and visualization dashboards—supporting high priority key performance management across operating cadences. Success requires strong business acumen, with the scope covering demand, delivery, and service agreements. You will partner with cross-functional teams (product line, finance, engineers, and digital technology) and collaborate with Data Science to embed advanced analytics into BI data models and products.

• Build and enhance BI products: develop and maintain data models, automated reports, and dashboards aligned to strategic performance metrics; rapidly prototype and iterate solutions
• Drive outcomes and adoption: influence stakeholders to adopt process enhancements through engagement and change management; present insights for Executive+ audiences
• Deliver at speed: execute and manage multiple concurrent project plans with aggressive milestones; ensure solutions are scalable across P&Ls and functions
• Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and Data Science to expand, sustain, and integrate analytics; identify functional process optimization opportunities
• Work with big data: extract, cleanse, blend, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources; distill complex problems and recommend clear actions

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in STEM, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or Operations;
  Master’s preferred.
• Experience:
  
  7–10+ years in BI/analytics or operations, leading end-to-end BI solutions across functions.
• Leadership:
  Proven team leadership; sets roadmaps, prioritizes backlogs, delivers to executive operating cadences.
• Tools:
  Advanced Spotfire/Power BI/Tableau and Alteryx/UiPath; drives best practices and performance at scale.
• Data:
  Strong SQL, modeling (semantic layers), and multi-source blending
• Visualization:
  Executive-ready dashboards aligned to strategic metrics and actions.
• Delivery & Comms:
  Consistently ships complex programs on time; concise storyteller for Executive+ stakeholders.

• BI excellence: standards, certified datasets, KPI catalogs, semantic layers, and environment promotion.

The base pay range for this position is $ - $ USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 1/31/26.
