KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Cloud Operations to join our Global Technology & Group which is part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to monitor, analyze, and enhance Cloud Operations
  • Manage integration and deployment of AIOps tools and solutions
  • Build and Implement machine learning models and algorithms to automate detection of anomalies and incidents
  • Monitor the effectiveness of AIOps solutions and suggest enhancements to optimize performance
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate AIOps insights and metrics
  • Document technical configurations, and deployment procedures thoroughly to ensure transparency and reproducibility
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year recent experience in IT Operations
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages like Python, Power Shell, or others used in AI/ML development
  • Proficiency in Dev Ops and related tools
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
