Position: IAM SDM
Location: Remote.
- Greenville, SC preferred. Then Salisbury, NC (Charlotte, NC area)
Remote but must have the ability to come onsite as needed. Not often.
Duration: 1 year Contract
Job Description:
- Identify delivery risks early and escape with clear, actionable mitigation strategies.
- Provide concise, executive-ready status reporting (progress, risks, decisions required).
- Lead incident coordination across engineering, security, operations, and vendor teams.
- Ensure timely resolution aligned to SLAs and business impact.
- Manage stakeholder communications throughout the escalation lifecycle and ensure closure actions are completed.
- Coordinate across stakeholders in US and EU time zones, with delivery and support teams distributed globally, including India.
- Translate technical updates into clear business outcomes and next steps.
Top Must-Haves:
- Technical experience in Entra (Azure) / Active Directory.
- SDM experience with strong communication to be able to effectively escalate as needed.
