Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years with Docu Maker Studio and related Technologies (Enterprise Document Automation/Generation Engine).

At least 2 years in Application Maintenance and Production Support Services and processes.

At least 2 years leading a distributed team of cross-functional resources.

At least 3 years developing and maintaining applications based on Docu Maker with databases like Oracle, DB2, Sybase, etc.

At least 4 years in Java, J2EE, or Mainframes systems, including the software development lifecycle, Application Maintenance, and Production Support.

At least 4 years translating functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements.

At least 3 years creating, maintaining, and reviewing Root Cause Analysis, Design, and Architecture artifacts.

Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.

Experience in Insurance and Financial Services domains.

Strong analytical skills and experience working in a global delivery environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team across multiple stakeholders.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per job needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field can substitute for each year of education.

At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
