IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Overview
The CRM Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, leading technical design sessions, and overseeing the development and deployment of CRM applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and mentorship to CRM development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Guide the customization and integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and document architecture designs for CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Consult with management and users to determine the needs of the system.
- Oversee implementation, coordinate testing and observe initiation of the system to validate performance.
- Implement and follow the software development and program development life cycle.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business applications.
- Familiar with source control tools (Git/Git Hub).
- Clear understanding of the System Development Life Cycle.
- 6+ years experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics software.
- Basic project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle.
- Experience with gathering, defining and documenting user requirements.
- Ability to problem solve, apply reason, take initiative, use judgment, and perform multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and overall business acumen.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
- A positive “can do” attitude. A self-starter who is proactive in solving problems and getting results.

- Highly creative. Will bring new ideas to the organization.

Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education
- 4 year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with leading multiple individuals through day-to-day activity and decisions when needed.
Mental and Physical Demands (per ADA guidelines)
Sitting for long periods of time. Occupation requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day)
Travel Demands:
Minimum travel, less than 10%
Annual Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000
