** The Enterprise Systems Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems across the university. This role is ideal for individuals who are technically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving institutional processes through technology in a higher education environment.  Working closely with IT staff, academic departments, and administrative offices, the analyst ensures that university-wide systems function effectively, reliably, and meet the evolving needs of stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new enterprise applications.
* Support and maintain existing enterprise applications (e.g., Docu Sign, Starfish, Eventbrite).
* Document system processes, technical specifications, and user procedures.
* Troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex technical problems, and log resolutions.
* Provide end-user support and basic training for supported applications.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and support integration and security configuration between Furman systems and external solutions.
* Contribute to data integrity efforts by generating reports, performing audits, and cleaning data as needed.
* Monitor application performance and report anomalies or system errors to senior staff.
* Stay current on trends, updates, and best practices relevant to assigned duties and technologies.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Qualifications:

* Required:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Basic understanding of enterprise systems and databases
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and responsibilities
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
