What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding from signed agreement through full adoption, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience.

Manage pilot programs and paid implementations
, coordinating setup, training, and post-launch follow-up.

Develop and maintain the TRULEO Knowledge Center — organizing content, training materials, and client resources for self-service learning.

Oversee Voice and configuration for new departments, ensuring accuracy and user readiness.

Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Track implementation milestones and report on client progress, engagement, and satisfaction.

Act as a trusted point of contact for departments throughout their first 90 days, driving activation and long-term success.

Who You Are

2–4 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles within SaaS or tech startups.

Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple departments and timelines at once.

Technically proficient and comfortable walking users through configuration and setup steps.

Process-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
