. CGI is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Developer with minimum 5 years experience and exposure to Supply Chain Management principles, with good written & oral communication skills; and experience working with business users in addressing system issues. The right person will be responsible for ongoing development, support and maintenance of a suite of mainframe applications (IDMS / ADSO, CICS/DB2) related to Order to Cash & Supply Chain Business functionality.
The role is located at a client site in Greenville, SC, with a hybrid working model acceptable. AI integration into mainframe development is active; experience with AI is a strong plus.
- Oversee ongoing development, support and maintenance of mainframe applications (IDMS/ADSO, CICS/DB2) for Order to Cash & Supply Chain.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop process flows, SOPs, and Solution Summary documents.
- Respond to Business User inquiries to diagnose Production System operations and data issues.
- Make recommendations for operational improvements of production applications.
- Demonstrate excellent organization skills in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience in supply chain & logistics environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; experience working closely with business users.
- Previous application development experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Order to Cash environments.
- Ability to gather requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
