A company in Greenville is seeking an experienced candidate for a temp-to-hire Payroll Specialist
. The ideal candidate will have several years of high volume payroll experience and some exposure to ADP.
- Process full cycle multi-state payroll
- Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions
- Review employee time sheets and verify the information for completeness and accuracy
- Process weekly transfer of payroll data for direct deposit to payroll system
- Compile internal management reports from payroll system software
- 1 - 3 years of high volume payroll experience
