We’re seeking a dedicated Benefits and Wellness Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our downtown Greenville, SC headquarters and serve as the primary resource for our benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and employee support. In this role, you’ll report to the Sr.
Manager, Benefits and serve as the go‑to expert for all things benefits, leave of absence, and wellness. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others navigate complex benefits information, creating engaging wellness content, and ensuring compliance while building meaningful connections with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Care Always by serving as a trusted advisor and primary resource for employees, managers, and partners on benefits, leave of absence, and wellness matters
- Obsess Over Customers (our employees!) by facilitating in‑person and virtual consultations, presentations, and meetings to educate stakeholders on benefits programs and resources
- Better you, Better everyone by managing case tracking systems, enrollment processes, databases, and generating timely, accurate reports on eligibility, participation, and program utilization—ensuring excellence that benefits the entire organization
- Embody Integrity by ensuring all processes comply with company policies and federal/state regulations (FMLA, ADA, WC, etc.) and maintaining confidential data with sound judgment and business ethics
- Go Bold by creating innovative wellness calendars, campaign content, and program materials that align with employee wellbeing goals and strategy
- Show Up to Coach Up by conducting individual and group meetings to understand evolving employee needs and wellness priorities, gathering feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Be Decisive by coordinating Homebase event logistics including catering, supplies, setup/breakdown, and providing onsite support for benefits activities and company‑wide events
- Lead with Vision by monitoring market trends and legislative changes, using employee insights to form recommendations for strategic benefits decisions
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and training)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably multi‑state (or equivalent relevant HR/business administration experience)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate technical benefits information into accessible language for diverse audiences
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with comfort delivering engaging presentations, training sessions, and facilitating discussions
- Knowledge of compliance requirements including FMLA, ADA, and other governing laws
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
