Location:

- Provide strategic and operational HR support to business leaders, empowering them to build a great culture and growth environment for their teams.
- Define specific people plans and key deliverables in partnership with business areas and their leadership teams to support functional excellence and high performance.
- Provide generalist HR advice and support, ensuring advice is professional, commercial, and focused on business requirements as well as legislation.
- Support Senior HRBP with ER cases across other areas of the business where required.
- Develop manager capability to empower them in dealing with people issues.
- Coach and develop HR Officer in carrying out absence management and non-complex ER cases.
- Support functional area through the annual LRP process, ensuring headcount forecasting is aligned to business forecasts and budgets.
- Provide guidance and support for strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet business goals.
- Lead the talent cycle for business area to ensure robust continuity action plans for all business‑critical roles.
- Work with the Learning & Development Manager to ensure the business area has appropriate support material and PDP guidance to aid career planning.
- Support the business area with all recruitment for roles D5 and below, ensuring that the best possible talent is appointed.
- Ensure the best recruitment partners deliver against their SLAs.
- Lead the Performance, Talent, and Reward cycle for your business areas, ensuring timetable adherence.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and talent development strategies.
- Coach and guide the business area to embed a culture of ongoing performance conversation to drive engagement, collaboration, and performance.
- Review and recommend policy development.
- Build and lead the planning timetable for annual policy review and legislation changes, proposing enhancements to policies.
- Lead the company’s annual Engagement Survey and act as the key point of contact for the provider.
- Design, execute, and evaluate the survey communication plan and associated action planning process and timetable.
- Support business partners in building local engagement and enablement plans by area.
- Coordinate the focus and activity of the company’s Mental Health First Aiders.
- Lead on annual wellbeing initiatives throughout the year.
