Overview

Employer Industry: Digital Healthcare

Salary: $28.00/hour. Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain communication to confirm future appointments.
  • Document patient medical information and intake forms accurately.
  • Ensure all related reports, labs, and information are completed and available in the patient s chart prior to their appointment.
  • Answer and respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Record vital signs and perform data entry tasks to maintain patient charts.
Qualifications
  • Current CMA/RMA certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CMA/RMA.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Professional experience working with EMRs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Eagerness to demonstrate initiative and ownership in fulfilling new and different requests.
  • Commitment to adhering to professional standards and best practices for patient-centered care.
