We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Resident Assistant/Med Aide to join our team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to residents with daily living activities and medication management, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents to promote their well‑being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment for residents.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay current on best practices and compliance standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or residential care setting preferred.
• Certification as a Medication Aide or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting residents.

This position is based in a residential care facility in Greenville, SC. The role requires interaction with elderly or disabled residents and may involve working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
