Job Description
Join to apply for the Foster Care/Host Home Provider role at Community Options, Inc.
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable individual to serve as an Family Model Provider opening your home to a person with developmental and/or physical disabilities in the Greenville, SC area.
The role provides a safe, supportive 24/7 family–like environment and requires building a genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional (required)
- Ability to complete required Community Options trainings
- Open to supervisory visits in your home
Our Family Model Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per diem rate plus monthly room and board, tax exempt.
