Successful candidates will have the following:
- An associate degree
- Certification to practice in South Carolina
- Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
- Ability to use or quickly learn Point Click Care and Casamba
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out care plans for residents based on physician treatment plans. Record treatment notes and weekly progress. Participate in patient care and rehab conferences as needed.
