As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues. You can expect support from engaging colleagues and opportunities to progress your career.

• Lead teams and work in a highly collaborative culture, listening to and sharing information with colleagues.
• Spend time on a variety of tax planning projects for a diverse client base.
• Provide up-to-date tax advice that clients can rely on.
• Develop clear, intelligent plans to improve clients  tax activities.
• Research clients  business operations and tailor advice to their needs.
• Build client relationships with knowledge of the real estate, hospitality and construction industries.
• Identify opportunities and risks and communicate them to clients.
• Supervise a motivated team, ensuring skills, knowledge and opportunities for growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
• Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills (including partnership taxation, REITs, allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
• Business development experience within the market.
• Proven track record in a professional services or tax organization.
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
• Ability to prioritize on multiple complex projects; strong influencing skills and willingness to challenge processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed; comfortable in a hybrid environment.
• CPA qualification or state bar membership.

The salary range for this job in all US locations is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
