Parallel Financial is seeking a Wealth Manager with a strong emphasis on Business Development. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our client base and forging strategic alliances, all while delivering unparalleled wealth management services. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for finance, this position offers a unique blend of advisory and growth-focused tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
Proactively seek out new opportunities to expand client base and grow assets under management by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and establishing partnerships. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships with both existing clients and prospects, ensuring their financial objectives are consistently met. - Strategic Financial Planning:
Offer comprehensive financial advisory services to clientele, understanding their needs and matching them with tailored solutions. - Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of current market trends and shifts to inform business development strategies and provide updated financial advice. - Networking:
Represent Parallel Financial at industry events, seminars, and conferences to boost the company's visibility and attract potential clients. - Collaboration:
Liaise with internal teams to streamline service delivery, ensuring that new clients transition smoothly and existing ones receive unparalleled service. - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide top-notch advisory services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in wealth management with a pronounced background in business development.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and establishing partnerships.
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and leveraging insights for business expansion.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
