Treasury Analyst (Temporary) - Join Our Mission at Purpose Financial!

The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team at our Corporate office in Greenville, SC on a temporary full-time basis. This is your chance to support our payment and funding processes, manage banking relationships, and contribute to process improvements. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely process validation, handling returns/chargebacks, and providing valuable insights on payment and funding trends.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily files to/from processors to identify errors and take corrective action
• Handle returned items, update reports, and identify trends
• Dispute payment chargebacks and research processing errors
• Review daily activity to help mitigate or identify fraud and defects
• Process corporate payments and remote deposits
• Serve as point of contact for centers/vendors related to Armored Car issues
• Prepare accurate reports on progress, status, or summaries for internal/external personnel
• Analyze activity trends to identify root causes and recommend comprehensive solutions
• Manage operating bank relationships and provide documentation support
• Record and analyze company bank fees and Treasury controllable costs
• Develop strategies to reduce spending and improve cost efficiency
• Manage Treasury supplies and maintain department communications

What You Bring

• College degree in business field or equivalent experience
• Three to five years operational or banking experience preferred
• Understanding of Visa and NACHA operating rules
• Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to changing environments in a fast-paced setting
• Strong collaboration skills to work with other departments and leadership
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
