We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist for a financial services company in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be professional, quick to learn, and a team player. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite position.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with advisors to ensure successful and accurate account setup and client onboarding.

Track investment activities and reconcile trades.

Monitor account activities.

Prepare quarterly progress reports.

Manage the preparation and processing of applications and forms for clients to maintain accounts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required;
Business, Finance, or Economics preferred.

At least 2 years of relevant experience; financial services experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office products.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.

Health insurance stipend.

401(k) plan.

PTO and paid holidays.
