Our client in Greenville, SC is currently seeking a Civil Engineer EIT for their firm. This is a direct hire position with the client.
Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
Location: Greenville, SC (100% onsite)

This role is great for someone with a couple of years of engineering experience who wants more hands‑on design, mentoring, and project ownership.
You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to design solutions, and learn the full project lifecycle—from initial concepts to construction‑ready plans.

What You Will Be Doing- Supporting civil site design work such as grading, utilities, and drainage layouts
- Creating detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Assisting with stormwater calculations, hydrology reports, and hydraulic modeling
- Preparing environmental and permitting documents including SWPPPs
- Coordinating design elements with senior engineers and ensuring compliance with state/local regulations
- Contributing to project planning, design reviews, and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or close equivalent
- Valid EIT certification
- At least 1 year of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or site design
- Strong proficiency with Civil 3D and comfort with stormwater analysis tools
- Understanding of grading, earthwork, drainage systems, and utility design
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with project teams, and stay organized on deadlines
- Work on a variety of projects—from private site development to public infrastructure
- Clear growth path and the ability to work directly alongside seasoned engineers
