What your future day will look like- Evaluate manufacturing methods to meet customer needs
- Plant layout and workforce utilization
- Analysis of throughput and developing processes to make improvements
- Recommend areas for cost-savings and implement
- Lead projects at the plant

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need- 4+ years in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree – mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering preferred
- SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, and CAD experience preferred
