Overview
The Capital Equipment Excellence team is responsible for accelerating, with safety, quality, and focus, capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream. The organization consists of 3 work streams;
Fulfillment, Installation, and Qualification; all working together to create Standard Work and Daily Management to enable success. The Fulfillment team will work cross functionally with Materials Management, Sourcing, and Global Supply Chain to ensure that Capital Equipment is delivered safely, with the highest quality, and on time. This role will offer excellent exposure to different aspects of the business and require the Fulfillment Project Manager to wear several hats.
This job involves: (1) Leading project management efforts to support on-time delivery of Capital Projects to the Gas Value Stream; (2) Working as a project manager to ensure alignment across the Fulfillment and Installation work streams, as well as Global Supply Chain and Engineering.
Activities include:
- Use cross-functional capabilities to support Business Case Approval, Technical Specification creation, issuance of RFQs and POs and the delivery of Capital Equipment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and step owners across business to ensure on-time delivery of all steps within Capex Purchasing Process.
- Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp-up.
- This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Lead effort to ensure Smartsheet schedule is updated and accurate.
- Apply knowledge of design and manufacturing to implement new ideas that enhance overall qualification process, reduce cost and add value.
- Identify and implement qualification cost out opportunities.
- Regional, and in some cases, global: shop support.
- Cultivate positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed.
- Ensure the team delivers change that has business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with at least two years of experience in scheduling for supply chain.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Strong team player

The base pay range for this position is $76,300. USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range is between $76,300.00 and $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
