United States – any location. The ideal candidate will be near a Jacobs U.S. office, but we intend to hire the best candidates regardless of distance.

• Support electrical design for state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and data center facilities.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality of engineering deliverables.
• Recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly.
• Provide site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff and discipline leads.
• Produce single‑line diagrams, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, cable tray plans, grounding/embedded conduit plans, cable schedules, lighting and power plans, and panel schedules.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• At least 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

• Experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, and industrial facilities.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and/or Revizto.
• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
• Rapid learning ability and drive to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
